Charlize Theron on Boyfriend Sean Penn: “It’s Nice to Not Be Single!”

Charlize Theron and her boyfriend Sean Penn are going pretty hot and heavy.  The 38-year-old ‘A Million Ways to Die in the West’ actress recently opened up about her high-profile relationship to Esquire UK.

“I wasn’t in any place that I even wanted something like [a boyfriend]” Charlize says, adding, “Then one day you go, ‘Oh, [Jackson’s] almost 2 now, and he has his little activities that he goes to and he’s got a bedtime now, and you have more time again.’

“And it’s like if you are open to something, if you just let it happen, it will happen. When you least expect it. It was nice to be single and now it’s nice to be not single.”

Michelle Obama Joins ‘Bring Back Our Girls’ Campaign

First lady Michelle Obama has lent her support to the families of Nigeria, tweeting a photo of herself holding a sign which simply reads, “#BringBackOurGirls.” Michelle is of course addressing the sad case of the nearly 300 Nigerian girls who were abducted by an Islamist extremist group recently, threatening to sell them into slavery. Charlie Sheen, Off To Haiti He Goes!

Charlie Sheen told ET that he’s leaving for Haiti next week with his good friend, Sean Penn.

Of his impending charity trip, Sheen said: “[I’m going to do] whatever is asked of me, whatever I’m capable of, whatever I can do to deliver a little bit of faith and maybe put a smile on a few faces that wouldn’t otherwise have it if I wasn’t there.”
Let’s just hope the people of Haiti will actually benefit from Sheen’s visit regardless of whether this gesture is a publicity stunt to clean up his image or whether the intention is actually genuine. Good luck Haiti!
