Neil Patrick Harris and his partner David Burtka love to celebrate Halloween and they went all out this year, along with their adorable twins.
Going for a monster theme this year, Neil dressed up as Frankenstein, David channeled his inner Dracula, Harper became the Bride of Frankenstein, and Gideon transformed into a werewolf.

Madonna hit Los Angeles with a sold-out concert at Staples Center October 10, 2012. And lots of celebrities came out to watch her, including actress Rose McGowan who showed up sporting an outfit channeling a 1980′s Madonna. Yep, in a corset top, pearls, shorts and black tights.
