Dancing With The Stars All-Stars Season 15 aired another performance episode tonight November 5, 2012. If you missed any of tonight’s show, click here for a full recap.

The question of the night was whether Derek Hough would get medical clearance to dance with partner Shawn Johnson tonight. The answer was no, but Shawn did not suffer as her replacement partner Mark Ballas helped the Olympics star get her first perfect score of the season.

Here is all the info on Shawn and Mark’s Tango/Paso Doble fusion performance:

Telephone Number: 1-800-VOTE4-12 or 1-800-868-3412
Notes from rehearsals: Shawn apologized for cheating on Derek with Mark during rehearsals. Derek is helping Mark and Shawn prepare while Mark is doing all the dancing in rehearsals. Shawn says this week is chaos since so much is going on and she has a knee injury in addition to a new partner. Shawn says having both Mark and Derek is like having two chefs in the kitchen and she is confused. The doctors have not cleared Derek, so Shawn dances with Mark.
Song: Bon Jovi’s Livin’ On A Prayer
Judges’ Comments: Carrie Ann: WOOOHOO!! If there is ever a picture or video in the dictionary of what a fusion is, that was it. Len: That was a firecracker. I’m telling you I can’t vote tomorrow because I am British but I am voting for you. The Tango was a feast, the Paso was fire. Bruno: “Shawn the Queen of the night.  There were two dances and they were danced to the purity.  All the time you could tell which one was the Paso and which the Tango.  Perfect!”
Scores: Carrie Ann: 10. Len: 10. Bruno:10  for 30/30, Shawn’s first perfect score of the season. Shawn and Mark also got 8 points for the Swing Dance Marathon for a total of 38/40. Derek will be back on DWTS next week.
