It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for all season: The Celebrity Apprentice season 5 finale airs tonight, May 20, 2012. From 18 celebrities we are now down to just Clay Aiken and Arsenio Hall as the final two contestants standing. Who will win tonight? Who will be named this season’s Celebrity Apprentice? Will Clay or Arsenio win? There are no spoilers tonight because Donald Trump will pick the winner LIVE!

Arsenio has chosen Adam Carolla, Paul Teutul, Sr., Lisa Lampanelli and Teresa Guidice for his team and Clay has Aubrey O’Day, Debbi Gibson, Dee Snider and Penn Jillette. Their final task was to produce, host a celebrity charity event, make a charity awareness ad and raise as much money as they can for their charity. Who performed the best?

Clay chose a team that was music-heavy and therefore picked a musical theme for his event. Arsenio who is a comedian and who has some other comedians on his team chose a stand-up comedy show.

Team Clay –Clay is already micro-managing his crew and they don’t seem happy about it. 

Arsenio is with his team. Paul looks at him as a son now. Arsenio wants the room having a roast color.

WE ARE NOW IN LIVE STUDIO: Everyone is now making fun of Lou Ferrigno with his 110%. Donald says he is smarter than Lou.

Victoria Gotti says she would have loved to played on the men team and says Lisa and Aubrey were classless.

Dayana is still sad that her charity money went to the other team and said she worked really hard to raise a ton of money which never made it to her cause.

Tia then asks the crowd who was a problem on the show and everyone yells “Aubrey.” Tia said there is a reason why there are only men left as finalists because the women got catty with each other.

George is classy as always. Lisa hires a look-alike drag queen and heads over to Clay’s side to donate $10,000 to Clay’s charity.

Now they show the parties: Clay’s carnival looks fun. Arsenio’s party is much more laid back and traditional but he has Whoopi Goldberg coming to help. Donald is checking out both parties.
