All that fueled rumors that the two love birds were back on again. The former Laguna Beach and The Hills star took to Twitter to announce the happy news and confirm the rumors: “This time its official… Jay and I are engaged again :).”

The two had begun their whirlwind romance last fall, resulting in a marriage proposal by Cutler in April. A wedding was set for the summer and the two held engagement parties and registered for wedding gifts at Crate & Barrel. But then, without explanation, it all ended.
