Hugh Jackman Injures The Family Jewels – Watch Video

Hugh Jackman is making a habit of getting injured in public. Recently, he hurt his eye while doing a stunt on The Oprah Winfrey Show. In case you missed that one, the video is below.

Injury has struck Jackman again, this time, in a much more delicate area. Poor guy.

Jackman was playing cricket in Melbourne and while taping a segment for the Australian broadcast of The Ashes Test cricket series, he swung incorrectly.

You’re gonna have to watch the video below for yourself to see what happened. It must have hurt him real bad too because Jackman can’t help but to hold on to his jewels the whole time even though he must have known he was on film.

Hugh Hefner Is Engaged!

What is your favorite 2010 Christmas gift? Hugh Hefner‘s is a shiny brand new 24-year old toy fiancée.

The Playboy magazine founder, 84, proposed to 24 year-old Playboy Playmate Crystal Harris on Christmas Eve and tweeted about the union.

“After the movie tonight, Crystal & I exchanged gifts. I gave Crystal [an engagement] ring. A truly memorable Christmas Eve.” Hef continued:  “I got what I was hoping for Christmas, Crystal’s love.”
Crystal seems to be happy as well. Hef Tweeted: “When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears. This is the happiest Christmas weekend in memory.”
Crystal was on last season’s The Girls Next Door which follows the ladies living in the Playboy Mansion and she and Hef have been dating since 2009.

Dustin Hoffman Says Marriage Is “Unnatural” And Prefers Arranged Unions

Dustin Hoffman has been married to his second wife for thirty years, which by Hollywood standards is an eternity…so, you would think he is a romantic of sorts.

Think again! 
Per Huffington Post, this is what Dustin said on the New York press junket, while promoting his new movie, Little Fockers:

“There is nothing more unnatural than family or marriage. That’s why they’re both so difficult. You just wake up and suddenly clunk, you’re ready. ‘Okay, I guess that’s it.'”

So, what does Hoffman propose we all do? He says we should not even bother picking out a mate and let others do the task for us. 

Hoffman urged: “Arranged marriages I think make a lot of sense because you’re not under the pressure of being in love. It’s an easy contract. You don’t have to like each other and then whatever happens, happens.”

As if that weren’t bad enough, Hoffman continued: “There’s nothing wrong with courting or romance, it just shouldn’t have to go into a contractual phase, which is marriage.”
Say what Tootsie?!

His younger Little Fockers co-star Owen Wilson stood up for romance by saying: “It does seem to take some of the romance out of courting though.”

Ali Fedotowsky – Life A Year After Leaving The Bachelor

A lot can change in a year – Just ask the latest star of The Bachelorette, Ali Fedotowsky.

The reality star darling was at first one of 25 women vying for Jake Pavelka‘s heart on The Bachelor. 


On that show, Ali made the shocking decision to leave early and rejoin her job at Facebook even though she was one of only four women left still fighting for Jake. 
About her decision to leave The Bachelor mid-competition, she told People: “A year ago I had just gotten home from filming The Bachelor. I was like, ‘I don’t have love. This sucks.’ ” 
A few months later, Fedotowsky decided to give finding love another try and went on to star on The Bachelorette, where she met, fell in love and got engaged to Roberto Martinez, the man with whom she now lives. 
“Last year I was filling a void with [buying expensive] boots, and this year I have Roberto,” says Fedotowsky. Martinez feels the same. He told People: “Last year I was single, missing that piece in my life.  Now I have it. I’m appreciative of that.” 

Jersey Shore’s Snooki Will Be A “Friggin’ Hamster” Inside New Year’s Eve Ball Drop

MTV says it plans to put Jersey Shore star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi inside a ball that drops in New York’s Times Square to ring in 2011 as part of its “MTV New Year’s Bash” special.

What does Snooki have to say about that? “I’m gonna be like a friggin’ hamster,” she said. “It’s the first time they’ve done it. I’m not sure how it’s going to work, but I think it’ll be fine. And if not, someone is going to be in big trouble!”
