And, we are supposed to believe that this is what Britney Spears looks like in real life!

Famed photographer Mario Testino shot Spears for V Magazine.

Snooki Wants To Be The Next Jessica Simpson

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi graces the latest cover of Rolling Stone straddling a rocket and in the interview inside, she talks about her plans for the future, why the cast goes crazy on Jersey Shore, and why she wants to be like Jessica Simpson.

She tells the mag, “When ‘Jersey Shore’ ends I’m going to do more spinoffs. If MTV doesn’t want them, another network will be, like, ‘What does Snooki do now?’ or ‘Snooki’s getting married!'”

She continues: “What I’d like is to turn out like Jessica Simpson, with her whole brand. She makes millions … I’m trying to build an empire, because after this I can’t get a normal job. I mean, how do I go and sit behind a desk?”

About being filmed around the clock on Jersey Shore, the reality superstar says “It messes with your head. That’s why we go crazy. That’s why we fight with each other. That’s why we drink. We’re living in a house for two months with that shit. We can’t have cellphones, TV, radio or the Internet. If the president died, we’d have no idea. There’s no normalcy. It’s just like prison, with cameras.”

This issue of Rolling Stone hits the stands and online in the digital archive on Friday.

Hear Kim Kardashian’s New Music

Kim Kardashian just released her first music single. That’s right, she’s singing.

She debuted Jam (Turn It Up) Wednesday morning during her interview ‘On Air with Ryan Seacrest.’
Side note: Didn’t her old BFF Paris Hilton have a dance single named Turn It Up  too? Wonder if she’s paying homage to her friend or trying to one up on her.

Kardashian worked with songwriter-producer The-Dream on this song.
“[The Dream said] let’s just have fun. Let’s donate the proceeds, let’s just have fun with it. Don’t take yourself seriously, try something you’ve never done before.”

Apparently, all proceeds from the sale of the single will go to charity. “[The-Dream and I] just had a good time, and the proceeds are going to a cancer organization [because we both] lost a parent to cancer. So it’s just fun,” she recently told MTV.
Listen to the song and the interview here:

I started this website as a place to share my celebrity encounters but it has quickly grown into so much more! You can now find your latest celebrity and entertainment news. So, the line between reporter and fan is becoming more and more fuzzy the more red carpet events I photograph and report from.

Then there are the celebs I really like that I randonmly run into. Take kelly, cried like a babe when she danced for her father, the father who’s music I grew up to at the risk of dating myself. His record, yes re0cord, were a staple in my heavy metal reportoire.
Watched osbournes and the her blossom into a young lady on dwts. Yet all I could muster to tell her is I loved her work with madonna. I’m a big fan kelly! Infectious smile, yep she’s got that!

Katie Holmes Sues Star Magazine For $50 Million

Star Magazine is getting sued by Katie Holmes. Holmes is taking action against their January 2011 cover story featuring Holmes above the headline, “Addiction Nightmare–Katie DRUG SHOCKER”.

Holmes’ attorney told TMZ, “Star Magazine’s malicious claims about Katie are untrue, unethical and unlawful. Not only do they cruelly defame Katie, they play a cheap trick on the public, making ridiculously false claims on the cover unsupported by anything inside.”

Holmes is asking for $50 million in damages.

Robert Pattinson Talks Kristen Stewart, Charlie Sheen, And Price Of Fame..

The cover of the April issue of Vanity Fair has leaked early which is great for all TwiHards. Robert Pattinson graces this cover and the Twilight star is sporting a white button-down shirt and a black fedora. Oh, and he’s cradling a four-foot long alligator. Inside the issue, Pattinson talks about Kristen Stewart, the pitfalls of fame, and his admiration for Charlie Sheen.

On Kristen Stewart:
“Kristen is very focused on being an actress. I mean, that’s what she is—she’s an actress. Whereas I—I just don’t really know.” Pattinson continues, “She’s cool. Even before I knew her I thought she was a really good actress…I still think there are very few girls in her class that are as good as she is.”

On Charlie Sheen:
Pattinson admits that he isn’t all that exciting and doesn’t do anything ever that is scandalous but says he admires Charlie Sheen and his “little escapades,” explaining, “I like crazy people who don’t give a fuck.”

On fame:
“This thing with everyone knowing you … it’s weird, because people have this one-sided relationship where they look at your picture and feel they know you more than someone they actually know. I don’t really know myself that well.”

On popularity of Twilight:
“I can’t really understand it even now. It does have an angle which is attached to something quite primal in girls. I guess people want it to define them, like ‘I’m a Twilight fan.’… I think people really just like being part of a crowd. There’s something just tremendously exciting about hyping yourself up to that level.”

The April issue of Vanity Fair hits newsstands in New York and L.A. on Thursday, March 3, and nationally and on the iPad on Tuesday, March 8.

Bristol Palin To Write A Memoir At 20

It seems to me that everyone is writing a book these days. Next up, 20 year-old Bristol Palin who has just signed a deal with an imprint of HarperCollins to publish her memoir, Not Afraid of Life.

According to the publisher, Palin “gives readers an intimate behind-the-scenes look at her life for the first time, from growing up in Alaska to coming of age amid a media and political frenzy surrounding her mother’s political rise.”

“From becoming a single mother while still a teenager to coping as her relationship with her baby’s father crumbled publicly – not once, but twice.”

The press release continues:

“Bristol talks about the highs and lows of her appearance on ABC-TV’s Dancing With the Stars, including the aching hours of practice, the biting criticisms, and the thrill of getting to the show’s finals.”

“She speaks candidly of her aspirations for the future and the deep religious faith that gives her strength and inspiration. Plainspoken and disarmingly down to earth, Bristol offers new insight and understanding of who she is and what she values most.”
