This is it! American Idol aired the moment we’ve all been waiting for all season tonight, May 23, 2012. I’m talking about the moment we found out who our season 11 American Idol is.

After 132 million votes cast, we got the result that was a forgone conclusion weeks ago: Phillip Phillips has won American Idol!
Last night, Phillips sang “Stand By Me”, “Movin’ Out”, and “Home” for the title crown. The judges gave him a standing ovation on his last song, and history was set in stone.
Congrats to both Phillip and Jessica!

Snooki Is Having A Baby Guido!

Just in case you were wondering, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi  is going to have a baby…guido! Snooki announced the breaking news to “In Touch Weekly” that she’s having a bouncing baby boy!

Emily Maynard Names Front-Runners On The Bachelorette [PHOTOS]

SPOTTED: The new “Bachelorette” Emily Maynard was at The Grove May 22 for an interview by Mario Lopez for “Extra!”

Maynard would not tell Lopez if she found love or got engaged on the show but she recently told reporters that she “was happy before the show, but really happy now.”

“I had a million reservations [about being the next Bachelorette] and I said no to anybody who would listen. But time went on, we started talking again, and they were so accommodating that it was [too] great an opportunity to pass up,” the 26-year-old single mom said.

“I had a great group of guys. I had the time of my life and learned so much about myself,” Maynard added. “It was the best experience getting to travel and to give Ricki the opportunity to see things she wouldn’t have otherwise.”

When asked who the front-runners are, Emily named a few of the men including Sean, Ari, and Jef…but she wouldn’t divulge any more than that!

Brad Pitt: Angelina & I Have No Set Wedding Date

Brad Pittonce said he would not get married again until all couples had a legal right to get married. But, then he went and got engaged to Angelina Jolie.

Brad was at the Killing Them Softly premiere during the 2012 Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday (May 22) at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France and he decided to clear the air about a rumored August wedding date.
“We actually, really and truly, have no date,” Pitt said at a press conference. “It’s just something that makes sense to us, and date-wise, it’s just a rumor. We’re still hoping that we can figure out marriage equality before that date.”

Brad also explained where his missing wife-to-be was: “She’s actually not here right now. She’s prepping for a movie she starts very soon,” Pitt explained of Angie’s latest project, Maleficent.
