Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have called it quits and broken up.

The news was confirmed by “Britney’s rep, Jeff Raymond to People. “Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have mutually agreed to end their one-year engagement.

“As two mature adults, [Britney and Jason] came to the difficult decision to go their separate ways while continuing to remain friends,” Raymond added.

Britney herself also issued a short and sweet statement on the breakup. “Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement. I’ll always adore him and we will remain great friends.”

Jason also chimed in: “As this chapter ends for us a new one begins. I love and cherish her and her boys and we will be close forever.”

Britney Spears Not Returning To X Factor; May Move To Las Vegas For Nightly Show!

Britney Spears has confirmed: She will not be returning to The X Factor for the show’s upcoming third season.

“I’ve made the very difficult decision not to return for another season. I had an incredible time doing the show and I love the other judges and I am so proud of my teens but it’s time for me to get back in the studio,” Britney said.

“Watching them all do their thing up on that stage every week made me miss performing so much! I can’t wait to get back out there and do what I love most.

Now, there is some exciting breaking news for Britney fans: Per TMZ, the singer is in “serious talks” to headline a “Celine Deion” type show in Las vegas.

TMZ adds that Britney and her people are talking about establishing residency for the singer in that city with one of the hotels to do a “big, nightly show.”

Osbourne again makes claims of bullying by the little monsters as a result of Kelly speaking about Gaga‘s weight gain and questioned a possible pregnancy.

Gaga is now speaking out about Osbourne’s claims on her LittleMonsters.com and in doing so, Gaga asks Osbourne to look internally.

“Your work on E! with the Fashion Police is rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people’s beauty against one another. ‘Appearance’ is the most used reason for bullying in the world. Your show breeds negativity, and over the years has even become comedic in nature,” Gaga wrote.
