The Biggest Loser aired a new episode tonight January 21, 2013 called ‘Pay it Forward’. Below is a live show recap and blog of elimination results.

In honor of this week’s “Pay it Forward” theme, contestants ran a 5K competition. The money is donated to a local Boys and Girls Club, with the winning team earning $15,000 to split among themselves.Second place gets $5,000 and third place gets $2,500.

The White Team, consisting of Pam and Danni, won the 5K. Red team came in second and Blue team third/last.
