MTV MVA 2012 Nominations Revealed; Rihanna Leads With 5 Nods

The MTV Video Music Awards 2012 list of nominees has been revealed. Rihanna and Drake both received the most nods, leading the star-studded pack with five nominations each. Katy Perry came in second with four nominations.

Also scoring multiple nods are Coldplay (3), Jay-Z (3), Beyonce (3), Nicki Minaj (3), Frank Ocean (3), Lana Del Rey (2), Chris Brown (2) and Justin Bieber (2). Continue reading →

Coldplay headlined the Samsung AT&T Summer Krush concert at the UCLA Tennis Center, Wednesday August 3, 2011. Proceeds benefitted the GRAMMY Foundation.

  • Gwyneth Paltrow backstage, taking great measures to ensure that she went unnoticed.
  • Lindsay Lohan, accompanied by her sister Ali, giggling and running from paparazzi as they entered the venue.
  • Kate Bosworth cuddling up to a mystery man, and sporting her signature blond locks but highlighted with funky green tips.
  • Later, Kate taking her new guy over to visit with Lindsay Lohan.
  • Lindsay was also spotted holding her lighter up while Coldplay performed “Rehab.”
  • Happy couple Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum enjoying date night.
  • Heidi Klum going incognito as she covered up her famous face with a hat.
  • Additional celeb sightings included Aaron Paul, Camilla Belle with a female friend, Geoff Stults and Amber Lancaster and OneRepublic, who all came out to show their support.
