Ariana Grande rocked her signature super-sleek, waist-length ponytail on the American Music Award’s red carpet. Her flawless look was created by celebrity hairstylist, Chris Appleton.

Using the Color Wow Pop & Lock High Gloss Shellac & Color Wow One Minute Transformation Styling Cream, Appleton prepped Grande’s strands, smoothed the texture and gave her ponytail a photo-ready, high-gloss finish. To give her an edgy, modern twist, Appleton added subtle braids at the crown and wrapped strands around the base of the ponytail.
