Courteney Cox is trying to raise $10K to fight ALS in honor of her friend, publicist Nanci Ryder. “This is my personal page on Walk to Defeat ALS for Nanci #teamnanci,” Courteney tweeted along with a link to the page. “I hope you’ll join me!”

As of now, Courteney has raised $810 of the goal. Other stars helping the cause include Reese Witherspoon and Renee Zellweger.
