SPOTTED:  Dancing with the Stars‘ Derek Hough, Cheryl Burke, Kelly Monaco, Mark Ballas, Chelsea Hightower, Ashley Roberts, and Shanna Moakler spending a July Saturday afternoon at the Voli Light Vodkas Beach House in Malibu.
