Down with DOMA! Celebs flocked to twitter to celebrate and share their thoughts on the landmark Supreme Court ruling. In a vote of 5-4 the Defense of Marriage Act was declared unconstitutional, therefore allowing same-sex married couples the same federal rights as heterosexual married couples.
