Lisa D’Amato just won America’s Next Top Model: All-Stars. But sadly, the 32-year-old model/actress has since severely injured her face while horsing around with a crew member from her latest movie, Cowboys and Indians.

D’Amato posted graphic photos of her injuries on Instagram, showing a repaired broken nose, lacerated lips, forehead and chin. Lisa explained the cause of her injuries in detail in People magazine.

“We were just kind of monkeying around.” Lisa says she was doing a handstand leaning against a crew member when the two fell to the ground. Lisa fell on her nose and crushed it but then the crew member fell on top of her, making things even worse.

“It was a totally freak accident,” D’Amato says. “It wasn’t like we were doing back flips off the balcony.”

Lisa has a great attitude about it all and sees the bright side of things. “I didn’t have the best nose in the world to begin with. It gave me character,” she told People. “Now I have a nice little nose job. I get a super cute nose.”
