Survivor Philippines airs its sixth episode of the 25th season tonight October 24, 2012. On tonight’s episode, “Down and Dirty,” the remaining 12 castaways will continue their quest on the island. A dirty deal between returning players will make the castaways ready to clean house. A first in Survivor history, opposing tribes mastermind a bargaining strategy in the middle of a challenge.

REWARD CHALLENGE:
The Reward Challenge is for food and showers. Three members from each tribe had to push a ball through a goal while the other team tries to stop them. RC and Artis sit out for Tandang because they have two extra players.
After an hour, no one is winning. So, Kalabaw offers a deal to Tandang that if they let them win they will give them all of the rice. Kalabaw wins.

I think that it was a really good move to vote Katie off instead of Jonathan because she was just so weak in the challenges. Jonathan did not live up to his promise of catching fish for the tribe, but at least he is out there trying. The deal was really interesting, and I think it was a good compromise because both parties were left thinking that they got the raw deal. I almost missed the show because I was working late at DISH last night, but thankfully I caught it on Primetime Anytime. My Hopper recording primetime on the four major networks without having to set timers is such a lifesaver sometimes. I am glad that I caught it because it was just like that desperate, dirty Survivor that first got me hooked. I really hope that Kalabaw can win immunity next week because Tandang is running away with this season and Abi needs to go if only for our sake.
