If you sport a 10-karat diamond ring around everywhere, do you really need to announce that you’re engaged? Just askin’ because we already knew Jennifer Aniston was engaged to Justin Theroux yet the actress still felt like announcing the big news Monday on E!’s Chelsea Lately.

Maybe because it was BFF Chelsea Handler who asked about the relationship status change, but Aniston got pretty teary-eyed as she spoke about plans to marry her beau.

“I just got verklempt,” the 43-year-old star admitted. Handler then asked about the tears being kept back, “Aw, aren’t you so happy?” adding, “He’s the greatest guy ever!…You guys make the greatest couple ever.”
