Miley Cyrus has been Tweeting self-photos left and right this week. Methinks she’s a little bit bored.

But this new photo of a nude Miley sitting topless in a bathtub has just hit the Internet and folks are wondering if it was leaked and if so, then by whom.

The answer is this artistic photo was taken by celebrity photographer Vijat Mohindra sometime in 2011 and is part of a private spread the star arranged for fiance Chris Hemsworth.
