Like her character on Sex and the City, Kristin Davis has adopted a baby girl –The domestic adoption was finalized a few months ago.
The little one’s name? Gemma Rose Davis. The 46-year-old elated mom said, “This is something I have wanted for a very long time. Having this wish come true is even more gratifying than I ever had imagined. I feel so blessed.”
It’s been no secret that Kristin has longed to be a mother for quite some time.
In 2008, she told Healthmagazine: “I would love to adopt. And I would still like to find a man and have a baby with him.” She added, “I haven’t given up.”
In 2010 she told Access Hollywood: “You have to obviously think it through,” she shared. “Best case scenario, you’re obviously raising it with a father. It does give me pause to think about doing it alone. I feel like it’s a really hard job.”

Awww I am so happy for her! She deserves to be happy. I really enjoy watching her on tv especially in Sex and The City 2 her performance was wonderful!
